1. Maintain a low-stress lifestyle. Our bodies were not designed for constant high stress levels. Pray your way out of a high-stress lifestyle. If you get everything else right but still have too much stress - it can destroy your health. Let the peace of God rule in your heart! (If it steals your peace - get rid of it!)
2. Eat close to the original diet - Gen. 1:29 - which is fresh raw fruit, vegetables, nuts & seeds. Plenty of green leafy (no iceberg lettuce) - daily. The higher the percentage of raw produce, the stronger the immune system. Target 60-85%.
3. Drink pure water. Consume about half your weight in ounces daily (120 pound person drinks 60 ounces).
4. To reduce your risk of heart disease, cancer and diabetes, minimize or eliminate: meat, dairy, refined grains, salt and sugar/sugar substitutes. Avoid unclean meats (pork, shellfish, catfish, etc.). When eating meat, choose meat which has been raised in a natural free-roaming environment with a natural diet (i.e. grass-only fed beef) and raised/processed without hormones, antibiotics or chemicals. Use meat more as a condiment instead of main course.
5. Minimize or eliminate stimulants. The most common stimulants are nicotine, caffeine, drugs, salt & sugar. Some herbs are stimulants and for temporary use only.
6. The two most important supplements are: (a) The (8 essential) glyconutrients which cause proper cell-to-cell communication. When the cells communicate properly, they send the healing message along with ‘proper functioning’ messages. No other supplement does for the health of the body what the glyconutrients do and they are not found in our diets today in quantities needed. And, (b) friendly bacteria/probiotics. The average colon flora is 80% bad bacteria/20% good and should be 80% good bacteria/20% bad. Very important for improved health.
7. Guard your environment. Avoid man-made chemicals (on skin, in air you breath, in foods/drinks you consume and on clothing). Get fresh air and sunshine daily. Deliberately oxygenate your body daily. Cancer can’t live in oxygenated cells.
8. Consume fats in the form of raw, unheated, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats - raw nuts & seeds, avocados, coconut, extra virgin olive oil (most other oils have been heated in processing) and fresh ground flax seed daily. Avoid animal fat, hydrogenated fat and heated fat.
9. Eat with the right attitude! Chew your food until it turns to liquid, in a relaxed environment. Eat when hungry but do not idolize food or use it for comfort. Jesus is our comfort - The Living Well. And let Him help you with forgiveness. Forgiveness directly affects our health. Just let it go!
10. Maximize ‘stop and go’! Get plenty of sleep (7-8 hours per day minimum) and exercise regularly - walking, trampoline rebounding, video workouts, etc. Variety is the key to making exercise easier!

It is normal for most people to sweat when their body temperature goes up, since it is the body’s natural way to cooling down the body. There are, however, around 1% of people in the world who suffer from a condition called hyperhidrosis. These people will start sweating for seemingly no real reason at all, even when their body temperatures are not high.
Hyperhidrosis can occur in many forms. One form of excess sweating is foot hyperhidrosis, which is also medically known as plantar hyperhidrosis. People who suffer from this condition usually start sweating in their feet even if they are not under stress or feeling warm. When they are faced with stress or spicy foods, their condition becomes aggravated further and will start to cause smelly feet. Foot or plantar hyperhidrosis can create the hot and damp conditions that promote bacterial and fungal growth. This causes smelly feet and ruins shoes, and embarrassment for the sufferer.
In order to start fighting foot hyperhidrosis, one should first understand how his or her condition is caused. There is primary hyperhidrosis, which causes sweating on the face, underarms, hands, and feet. The other type of hyperhidrosis is secondary hyperhidrosis, and this condition causes the entire body to sweat excessively.
There are many types of treatments available for foot hyperhidrosis, but none of them is guaranteed to work. Most treatments that seem to work, like antiperspirants, will require you to spend large amounts of money on them since they are short term cures. The last resort treatments include surgery, Iontophoresis (using electrical current to block sweat glands) and Botox injections (used to stop your sweat gland nerves from working properly).
One way that I have used successfully to treat excessive sweating is by natural remedies, which involve using readily available products at home that are applied every morning and night. I also changed my diets to avoid food that will worsen my excess perspiration, and instead choose diets that contain food to fight sweating.

Importance of having Breakfast

Breakfast can help prevent strokes, heart attack and sudden death. Advice on not to skip breakfast! For those who always skip breakfast, should stop that habit now! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Because the frequency of heart attack, sudden death, and stroke peaks between 6:00 a.m. and noon, with the highest incidence being between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.What mechanism within the body could account for this significant jump in sudden death in the early morning hours?
Platelet, tiny elements in the blood that keep us from bleeding to Death if we get a cut, can clump together inside our arteries due to cholesterol or laque buildup in the artery lining. It is in the morning hours that platelets become the most activated and tend to form these internal blood clots at the greatest frequency.
However, eating even a very light breakfast prevents the morning platelet activation that is associated with heart attacks and strokes. Studies performed at Memorial University in St.Johns, Newfoundland found that eating a light, very low-fat breakfast was critical in modifying the morning platelet activation. Subjects in the study consumed either low-fat or fat-free yogurt, orange juice, fruit, and a source of protein coming from yogurt or fat-free milk. So if you skip breakfast, it’s important that you change this practice immediately in light of this research. Develop a simple plan to eat cereal, such as oatmeal or Bran Flakes, along with six ounces of grape juice or orange juice, and perhaps a piece of fruit. This simple plan will keep your platelets from sticking together, keep blood clots from forming, and perhaps head off a potential Heart Attack or stroke.

Here are some exercises designed to prevent or treat osteoporosis by strengthening your muscles and bones and improving your posture and balance.
Before you try any of these osteoporosis exercises, check with your doctor or physical therapist. He or she can help you determine which exercises are safe for you to do and tell you how many repetitions you should do.

Standing posture
Learning to stand properly improves your seated and walking posture. To practice correct standing posture:
- Stand with your head, shoulders and buttocks against a wall, with your heels 2 to 3 inches from the wall.
- Relax your shoulders and pull in your chin. Tighten your abdomen and buttocks.
- Press your back against the wall, leaving room for your hand to fit flat behind the curve of your lower back.

Walking posture
Walking strengthens your legs and heart and improves your balance. To maintain proper walking posture:
- Hold your head high.
- Keep your back and neck as straight as possible.
- Keep your chin parallel to the ground.
- Gently tighten your abdominal muscles.
- Let your shoulders move freely and naturally.

Wall arch
To stretch your shoulders and calves and tone your back and abdomen:
- Stand facing the wall, arms at your sides, feet 6 inches apart and 6 inches from the wall.
- While inhaling, flatten your stomach and stretch both arms up to touch the wall (1).
- Exhale and lower both of your arms to the starting position.
- While inhaling, reach up with your right arm and stretch down with your left arm (2).
- Exhale and lower your right arm to the starting position.
- Switch arms. While inhaling, reach up with your left arm and stretch down with your right arm (3).
Repeat each movement five times.

Chin tuck
To straighten your head and shoulders:
- While seated, look straight ahead.
- Pull your chin in toward your neck, but keep looking straight ahead; don’t let your head bend forward.
- Push your hands down on your thighs to help straighten your back.
Hold this position for a few seconds. You’ll feel a stretch in the back of your neck. Repeat this exercise five times.

Chest stretch
To stretch your chest and straighten your back:
- Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Keep your back erect and look straight ahead.
- Stretch your arms out to the side, keeping them level with your shoulders (1).
- Bend your arms at the elbows and bring your hands toward your chest (2).
Repeat five to 10 times, depending on your ability.

Shoulder blade squeeze
To stretch your chest and strengthen your upper back muscles:
- With your feet flat on the floor, sit slightly forward in a sturdy chair, keeping your back and neck straight.
- Look straight ahead, bending your arms at the elbows (1).
- Gently move your elbows and shoulder blades back as far as you can and still be comfortable (2).
Hold the position for five seconds while breathing normally. Return your arms to the starting position. Repeat this exercise five to 10 times, depending on your ability.

Pelvic tilt
To strengthen your lower back and abdominal muscles:
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor (1). Maintain a normal curve in your back; don’t arch your back.
- Tighten your abdominal muscles.
- Roll your pelvis down to flatten your back against the floor (2). Avoid using your leg and buttock muscles.
Hold the position for five seconds while breathing normally, and then relax. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Back and shoulder stretch
To stretch your upper back and shoulders.
- Lie on the floor. Bend your knees, tighten your abdominal muscles and stretch your arms above your head (1).
- Keeping your arms straight, spread them out and lower them until they’re level with your shoulders (2 and 3).
Hold the position for a few seconds while breathing normally. Then return your arms to the starting position. Repeat this exercise five to 10 times, depending on your ability.

Back posture exercise
To flatten your upper back and stretch your chest:
- Sit in a chair as shown, with your hand behind your neck (1).
- Inhale while gently moving your elbows backward (2).
Hold the position for a few seconds, breathing normally, before returning to your starting position. Repeat five to 10 times, depending on your ability.
