Today cancers are one of the diseases that cannot be controlled. Some of the root causes of cancer are not yet known. This disease is basically unpredictable by nature as it can occur to any age group and anywhere in the body. The cells just grow excessively or abnormal cells are produced in the body. In this way the functioning of the organ is also not normal. When the cancer is at the initial level the person cannot experience any discomfort feeling. But these cells become malignant and lead to health hazards. Even today the medical experts are studying about the causes of cervical cancers inferring from the previous records. We must be aware of the risk factor because we must take steps to prevent it.

Here are some of the primary risk factors associated with cancer:

  1. Human papillomavirus:

This factor is the leading cause of cervical cancer. this risk factor is associated with HPV factor. Most of the cervical cancer cases are linked to HPV cases only. The infection from HPV can be easily transmitted. The HPV are of many types and there are ten viruses that cause this cancer. this factor is easily transferred through sexual intercourse and at the initial stage if preventive steps are not taken then it can spread very easily. As the person delays for the check up the chances of occurrence increase.

Improper sex life:

The person should follow guidelines for having sex also. If the sexual life begins early then the chances of occurrence increase and if the sexual activities take place without any proper usage of contraceptive methods then the probability of occurrence increase.

Alcohol and smoking:

If a person has a habit of excessive smoking and consuming alcohol then the chances of occurance surely increases. Even the previous records from the medical examiners show that smokers and drinkers faced from the problem of cervical cancer. these factors are not only the causes for cancer but they enhance the development of cancer such as malignant tumor.

Weak immune system:

The immune system in our body prevents from the entry of unhealthy organisms that cause problems. If this system has turned weaker then your body does not have the capacity to fight against the harmful organism every time and hence you become diseased.

Besides, if we know that the problem of cervical cancer was already seen in our ancestors then we must take extra care of ourselves because we are more closely associated with the risk factor that should be avoided by us.
